Penguin ePulse · Connections
The right connections. With the right context.
An account connection is the starting point. Available actions still depend on the channel and its permissions.
The workflow, in context.
Social account connections provide access to supported account data and actions. Penguin ePulse connection availability, publishing formats, conversation sources and reporting history must be checked per channel.
Start with the account
Verify the account type, workspace and person granting access. Confirm that your team has the authority and platform permissions required.
Check each workflow
Publishing, comments, private messages and analytics can require different access. A connected account does not prove every workflow is available.
Review the support matrix
Before launch, publish a tested table of channels, account types, available actions, historical coverage and known restrictions. The demo should validate the combinations you require.
